Corpus Christi Metro announces family and kids events for April 26 to May 2

Corpus Christi Metro announced on April 26 a schedule of family and kids events taking place from April 26 through May 2.

The announcement provides local families with opportunities to participate in educational, religious, and community activities throughout the week.

Events begin on Sunday, April 26, with EBC Sunday School at Emmanuel Baptist Church Alice at 9:30 am. Later that morning, Alice Christian Fellowship will hold Children’s Church at 10:30 am. On Tuesday, April 28, Alice Christian Fellowship will host a Bible Study session starting at 7 pm.

Midweek activities include EBC Midweek Dinner at Emmanuel Baptist Church Alice on Wednesday, April 29, beginning at 5:30 pm. This is followed by EBC Bible Study & Youth Group at the same location starting at 6:15 pm.

Families are also invited to participate in “Families Reading Together” on Thursday, April 30. The event takes place from 4:30 to 5:30 pm at Alicia Salinas City of Alice Public Library.

These scheduled events aim to provide community members with opportunities for learning and engagement during the week.
