On Thursday, May 1, former Corpus Christi Veterans Memorial High School standouts Alyssa Burdge and Maddie Aguilar’s current college team, the St. Edward’s Hilltoppers, lost 3-0 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the West Texas A&M Buffaloes.

The game took place at Schaeffer Park. This was their third matchup against the Buffaloes this season.

It was the last St. Edward’s Hilltoppers’ game this season
