Senator Adam Hinojosa, a Republican representing Texas’s 27th Senate district since 2025, recently used his social media platform to commemorate Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day and highlight community events in Brownsville.
On December 7, 2025, Senator Hinojosa posted a tribute to those affected by the attack on Pearl Harbor. In his post, he stated: “Today we pause to honor the heroes of Pearl Harbor and the lives forever changed on that December morning. 84 years later, we remember the service members who stood their ground, the families who carried the weight of loss, and the courage that rose from chaos and devastation.”
Earlier that day, he shared another post: https://t.co/ccnkyqwBDK.
The following day, on December 8, Senator Hinojosa reflected on local festivities: “My Brownsville staff had a wonderful time at the City of Brownsville Christmas Parade this past weekend. The parade featured incredible bands and performances from many of our local schools, and it was great to see the City of Brownsville and Cameron County so well represented.”
Hinojosa assumed office in Texas’s 27th Senate district after winning election in 2025. He succeeded Morgan LaMantia in this position.
