Senator Adam Hinojosa, a Republican representing Texas’s 27th Senate district since 2025, has recently shared updates on his engagements with community and industry leaders in South Texas through a series of social media posts.
On September 24, 2025, Hinojosa posted about his participation at the Valley Energy Summit. He stated, “I was honored to join leaders and innovators at the 2025 Valley Energy Summit, hosted by TXOGA and UTRGV. Serving as a panelist gave me the chance to engage in meaningful conversations about how collaboration and forward thinking will drive the future of energy in our region.”
Later that day, Hinojosa described his visit with local civic organizations. On September 24 he wrote, “I was honored to join the Beeville Rotary Club and grateful for the opportunity to speak with members about the successes of the 89th Legislative Session. Every visit deepens our understanding of the needs and hopes of South Texans, and strengthens the foundation we’re building”.
Continuing his outreach efforts into September 25, Hinojosa discussed meeting with law enforcement and emergency personnel. He posted, “Grateful for today’s productive meeting with Beeville ISD Police Chief Art Gamez, Interim Chief Ryan Treviño, fellow officers, and EMS leadership. Hearing directly from those who protect our communities is invaluable, and they have my full support as we continue working together”.
Hinojosa assumed office after being elected in 2025 to represent Texas’s 27th Senate district; he succeeded Morgan LaMantia following her term as state senator.
