City of Portland issued the following announcement on Sept. 29.
Executive Order DK-06 was not included on the Commissioner's Court Agenda for extension this Monday because of information provided by the County Health Authority, which showed a continued decrease in case counts. As of 11:59 PM today, September 30th, 2020 the Executive Order DK-06 will expire.
However, the Governor's Order (link below) still remains in affect. You will still be required to wear a face covering over the nose and mouth when inside a commercial entity or other building or space open to the public, or when in an outdoor public space, wherever it is not feasible to maintain six feet of social distancing from another person not in the same household. Please view the Governor's Order for more information on exemptions.
