City of Portland issued the following announcement on Nov. 21.
The City is experiencing server issues. As a result, we cannot access customer databases and cannot take payments in-person or online. Portland City Hall & Public Works buildings are closed at this time. Staff are available by phone for questions and services. We apologize for any inconvenience.
