City of Portland issued the following announcement on Dec. 9.

Christmas in Portland is now Christmas in a Box

• Christmas in Portland has changed to a drive thru event. Parents must register their children for them to receive a Christmas in a Box. Registration available here: ActiveNet - Online Recreation Activities (activecommunities.com). Christmas in a Box is available for Portland residents only 
  • Pick-up details
    • Must bring registration receipt with you to the drive thru
    • Monday, December 14, 2020
    • 5:00 - 8:00 p.m.
    • Portland City Complex parking lot - 2000 Billy G. Webb Dr. Portland, Texas 78374
