Census Bureau: More men than women in San Diego in 2020

Of the 4,062 people living in San Diego in 2020, 45.5 percent (1,849) were women and 54.5 percent (2,213) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Corpus Christi Sun.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 169. In the 65 and over age range, there were 322 females and 281 males.
