CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – The 2023 Texas Lone Star Chapter of the Solid Waste Association of North America (TxSWANA) Conference will be held in Corpus Christi from June 12 to 14 at the American Bank Center.
This conference provides attendees with cost-effective ways to improve their knowledge and skills. It highlights how they can meet the demand for quality products and services. This event also allows solid waste professionals to share ideas and best practices.
This year’s conference will include technical tours, technical sessions, keynote speakers, and access to the exhibit hall. The exhibit hall will feature equipment manufacturers, waste and recycling service providers, environmental consultants, engineering firms, and other organizations specific to the solid waste industry.
Mayor Paulette Guajardo is set to give opening remarks to convention attendees on June 13. During this, Mayor Guajardo will discuss recently approved ordinances by her and the City Council that involve the City of Corpus Christi’s Solid Waste Department.
