On Wednesday, February 28, former Medina Valley High School standout Cole Modgling’s current college team, the Texas A&M Corpus Christi Islanders, won 2-1 in their NCAA Division I game against the UTRGV Vaqueros.

The game took place in Edinburg, Texas. This was their first matchup against the UTRGV Vaqueros this season.

The Islanders’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 1 at 6:30 p.m. in Corpus Christi, Texas against Abilene Christian Wildcats.
