Former Flour Bluff High School player and current St. Mary's Rattlers utility player, Samiya Johnson, will compete in the NCAA D2 Softball Championship Tournament.

They begin the tournament as a number seven seed against the sixth seeded Colorado Mesa Mavericks.

The first game is on Friday, May 10.
