On Tuesday, April 8, former Carroll High School standout Richie Roman’s current college team, the Houston Cougars, won 10-7 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Rice Owls.
The game took place at Schroeder Park. This was their second matchup against the Owls this season.
The Cougars’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, April 9 at 6:35 p.m. at Schroeder Park against McNeese State Cowboys.
