On Sunday, May 18, former Mary Carroll High School standout Vanessa Quiroga’s current collegiate team the Texas Longhorns won 9-0 against the UCF Knights in the NCAA Division I Softball Championship.

The game took place at Red & Charline McCombs Field at 12:05 p.m. and was the first matchup against the UCF Knights in the tournament.

The Texas Longhorns’ next game will take place on Thursday, May 22 at 8 p.m. at Red & Charline McCombs Field.
