CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – The Corpus Christi Fire Department (CCFD) responded to a four-acre grass fire near State Highway 361 and Newport Pass Road. They were assisted by fire crews from Flour Bluff and Port Aransas. The fire incident has concluded, and one firefighter was transported to a local hospital for possible smoke inhalation.
