On Thursday, February 29, former Barbers Hill High School standout Sydney Hoyt’s current college team, the Texas A&M Corpus Christi Islanders, lost 10-0 in their NCAA Division I game against the UT Arlington Mavericks.

The game took place in Arlington, Texas. This was their second matchup against the UT Arlington Mavericks this season.
