There were 26,717 Hispanic students enrolled in Corpus Christi ISD schools in the 2021-22 school year, 4% less than the previous year, according to the Texas Education Agency.

Data showed that Corpus Christi ISD schools welcomed 33,175 students during the 2021-22 school year. Among them, Hispanic students comprised 80.5% of the student body to be one of the most represented ethnicities in the district.

Among the 57 schools in Corpus Christi ISD schools, Veterans Memorial High School recorded the highest enrollment of Hispanic students in the 2021-22 school year, with a total of 1,357 students.
